At Déoanii™, each piece is created with intention and produced on demand. Because items are made specifically for each order, we do not operate under a traditional return or refund model.
This policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with intentional production.
All Sales
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, sizing, or preference once an order has been placed. As each item is produced on demand, once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
Our Commitment to You
While we do not offer traditional returns or refunds, we care deeply about your experience. If an issue arises, we will always review it thoughtfully and work toward a fair resolution.
In certain situations, we may offer store credit or a gift card at our discretion as a gesture of goodwill. This is not guaranteed and is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@deoanii.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Timely notice allows us to properly review the matter and coordinate a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit if approved.

EU Customers
Because Déoanii™ products are produced on demand, orders shipped to the European Union may not qualify for standard withdrawal rights under EU consumer law, except where items are defective or incorrect.
