  • All Déoanii™ products are produced on demand, meaning production begins shortly after purchase. Orders may not be canceled once processing has started.

  • Eligible returns, if any, are issued as store credit only in accordance with our Return Policy.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Prices & Billing

  • Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • Taxes, shipping, and other applicable fees may apply.

  • You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or circumstances outside our control.

All trademarks, logos, images, artwork, product designs, and other content are the property of Déoanii™ or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.

8. Shopify Relationship

Déoanii™ is powered by Shopify. While Shopify hosts the store, all sales and customer relationships are strictly between you and Déoanii. Shopify is not responsible for transactions or claims.

9. Feedback & Submissions

Any feedback, suggestions, or content submitted to Déoanii™ may be used without obligation to you. By submitting, you confirm you have rights to the content and grant us permission to use it.

10. Errors & Omissions

We may correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you place an order.

Déoanii™ shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events.

18. SMS & Messaging Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated or recurring text messages from Déoanii™ related to orders, promotions, and brand updates.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
